THE NATIONAL GUILD OF MOONLIGHTING TECHNICIANS
The Guild is the public support system for the skilled crafts people who are anxious to help you complete your "Honey Do" projects with skill, professionalism and lower fees than you'd expect.
The Guild is also an active sponsor of many projects that benefit our communities by helping its least advantaged groups and individuals.
THE NATIONAL GUILD OF "Knowledge Enriches You"TECHNICIANS
K.E.Y. Technicians ia a division of The Guild is dedicated to providing educational and vocational opportunities for young people .
The services may lead to a career, or simply a second income It will be entirely up to the KEY Technicians who participate.
The first version can be used as apprenticeship training in the various construction fields, the other for developing book publishing skils, specifically in the lucrative "Celebrity Chef" market.
For more details about any of these features, please refer to the links at the top of each page.
Menu Rx handles most of this network's marketing,
"RX" in the name refers to stressing the healthy benefits of improving recipes and, for restaurants, improving their promotional value for marketing.
"RX" is also the abbreviation of the Latin work "recipere" meaning "take", which eventually came to mean a list of ingredients, the core of all cookbooks.
This is A New Niche Market, Not A Competition
Members of our Guilds use our services to find homeowners who need assistance with smaller, "Honey Do" projects around their homes. Replace a faucet, Paint a room, Replace a window. Those sorts of things
Many are simply very skilled individuals who appreciate the opportunity to moonlight doing something that they enjoy doing.
Others are moonlighting within their own professions as a way to demonstrate their skills on small projects as a foot in the door for larger remodeling jobs that the homeowner may be planning.
And finally, there will be some of the teams from our education partners who are using these small projects for apprentice training, as well as a way to earn a few dollars for their ambitious students.
They will each set their own fees and terms. We expect that most of their clients will be home owners who wouldn't have used a fully licensed, seasoned professional for their project anyway, and would just ignore it or do it themselves.
Providing the general public with the right level of skills and costs for their smaller projects potentially makes the "pie" larger, without impacting larger jobs that will still be contracted to more traditional licensed and/or union hands.
